Postage & Packing

Our business hours are Monday – Thursday 10am – 3pm, excluding Bank Holidays

Once an order has been placed, and your payment received, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days, although at busy periods please allow a couple of days extra! 

Shipping within the UK will be calculated on a parcel’s size and weight. The price we charge is inclusive of packing. The majority of orders will be dispatched using a standard parcel service. From dispatch you can expect your delivery to take between 2 - 4 working days to arrive. You will be notified by Tatton Home when your order has been dispatched. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us advising when you need the parcel to arrive and we will provide you with a quotation for an appropriate first-class, tracked service.

Local Delivery (within 2 miles of Mobberley & Knutsford) FREE

If you live within 2 miles of Mobberley or Knutsford (WA16), we will deliver your order free of charge during our standard business hours (Monday – Thursday 10am – 3pm, excluding Bank Holidays).  Once you have added your delivery details, the system will automatically apply this option. If these hours are not suitable, please select the applicable postage charge from the menu on the Shipping page.

Scottish Highlands and Islands

Shipping costs and availability may vary to these areas due to access restrictions. Please contact us for further information before placing an order.

International Shipping

We regret that currently we don’t offer international shipping.


All our packaging can be recycled. Where possible we like to re-use packaging and do our bit, no matter how small, for the environment! If any plastic is included, this is its second use and we ask that you re-use appropriately or dispose of responsibly.

Pre-order Items

If a pre-order item is part of a larger order, all items will be dispatched when this product arrives.

If the expected stock date changes we will be in touch to advise you of the revised timescale. If this time scale is not suitable, we will be happy to offer a refund.

If you would like your order to be sent as a gift please let us know when you add your item(s) to the cart using the prompt at the bottom right of the page. Here you can add a special message to be included in the parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items within the 14 days (proof of purchase required).

Products must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. Please include your order number (this could be your original packing slip) so that we know who the parcel is from. If possible a quick note telling us why you are returning the item is great!

The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Tatton Home. We recommend you send your package with a tracked service.

If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange, however, if the item is in a saleable condition, a credit note may be issued. This will be at the discretion of Tatton Home.


If the item you received was a gift and you wish to exchange it, please contact us with the order number on your packing slip and we will advise you of the options.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days attaching a photo and details of the damage. We will issue you with a replacement, subject to stock availability. If necessary we will issue you with a pre-paid returns postage label to return the damaged goods to ourselves.

Parcel not arrived?

If your parcel does not arrive with you after 14 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can either refund your order or replace it if the item(s) are in stock/once they get re-directed back to ourselves.

If your return is eligible for a refund, once we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Unfortunately it is not possible to get the refund credited to another debit/credit card account than originally used, even if the item was received as a gift.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return parcel.
