Ordering

Whilst shopping, simply click ‘add to basket’ to add an item.

Please note: Some items are available in different sizes/colours. Please use the drop-down menu to confirm your selection before clicking ‘add to basket’.

If you would like your order to be sent as a gift please let us know when you add your item(s) to the cart using the prompt at the bottom right of the page. Here you can add a special message to be included in the parcel.

You can view the items in your basket by clicking the ‘Basket’ icon at the top of each page.

Once you have the items in your basket, click ‘Checkout’ and follow the instructions, adding your details, the secure payment page.

We accept all major debit and credit card plus payment though PayPal.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be listed as such in their product description along with an expected stock date. Payment for these items will be taken at the time the order is placed in order to secure the product. If a pre-order item is part of a larger order, all items will be dispatched when this product arrives.

If the expected stock date changes we will be in touch to advise you of the revised timescale. If this time scale is not suitable, we will be happy to offer a refund.

Pricing

Prices of items are accurate at the time of publication, are Pounds Sterling (£) and where appropriate include VAT (UK Sales tax) at the current rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to ensure that item descriptions and specifications are correct and to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products as they appear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up until the point of dispatch. Any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in the Returns Policy above.
